December Water Bill Notice



As of Wednesday, December 23, 2020, the City of Brandon’s December 2020 utility bills have not been received by customers.

The City of Brandon began processing bills on 12/10/2020, and bills were mailed on 12/14/2020.  These dates are normal for processing and mailing bills for our system.

At this point, the City of Brandon utility bills are within the postal system awaiting delivery.

All account balance information is updated in our system.  The City of Brandon can provide account information at any time by phone or through an online account on the city website, or Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in person or by email.  Payments can be made on accounts as well through the same resources.  As always, receipts will be provided for any payments upon request.
