Brandon Municipal Court is held on Wednesdays. Preliminary hearings are conducted at 9:00 AM and trials are held at 2:00 PM.

Purses, bags, cell phones and other electronics, firearms, knives, pepper spray, and other weapons are prohibited in the courtroom and should be secured in locked vehicles before entering.
