The Fitness Fun class is a fitness class that is set to upbeat music, incorporates the use of a chair for balance, weights, bands & balls. This class also provides light cardio to get your heart rate up. You will be seated more than you will stand in this class.

Gentle Joints
Oct 15 @ 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

The Gentle Joints class is a 30 minute seated fitness class set to light music that incorporates the use of light weights, light bands & a ball. This class is for anyone who has arthritis, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain & issues with balance. The Gentle Joints class has little to no impact on the joints.

The Fitness Challenge class is set to upbeat music, offers a higher level of cardio & body sculpting moves using weights, bands, balls & a chair. You will stand more than you are seated in this class. This class is designed to be a total body workout that targets the use of all muscle groups.
